When That Rough Surface Needs a Little Extra Before Finishing!
Litex’s Extra-Prep #4036 can be used to skim coat interior or exterior walls and ceilings made of rough cementitious building materials such as block, brick, poured or tilt-up concrete. This acrylic based ready-mix product fills cracks up to ¼ inch deep with low shrinkage and dries to an extremely hard finish. It is flexible and compatible with most exterior finish systems.
Spray Applied Skim Coat and Primer in ONE! Litex's Plast-It® #4865 and Plast-It® PLUS! #4965 achieve luxuriously smooth walls and ceilings in a single airless spray application. It is the quickest and lowest cost way to skim coat and prime interior surfaces. UsingPlast-It!® or Plast-It!® PLUS will add a durable and protective layer to new drywall, eliminate unsightly joint flashing and hide minor surface imperfections while achieving a Level 5 drywall finish. It is ideal for application over new drywall, concrete or plaster substrates and can be a final, bright white finish coat for ceilings. The self-leveling feature of the product eliminates the need for troweling and additional labor.
ProGrade® Surfacer - Primer Item #4805 is a ready-mix, waterbased, hi-solids coating designed to be spray applied on new interior drywall creating a smooth, monolithic surface ready for paint. It will to equalize the porosity difference between the wallboard surface and joint compound in a one-coat application of up to 30 mils thickness. Available in a 5 gallon pail, 55 gallon drum or tote.
